Breakfast with Solomon - Proverbs 11:8

Proverbs 11:8

"The righteous is delivered from trouble, but the wicked takes his place"

This is clear evidence that one's destiny is not sealed. The fact that trouble is coming is undeniable, but your preparation and choices determine whether you are in it or away from it. The choices of a righteous man keep him from trouble. He does not experience the kind of consequences that come on those who live in the jungle of wickedness. It is interesting that just as Jesus says, it is inevitable that trouble comes but woe to the one through whom it comes. You may not be able to stop trouble, but you can keep it from coming through you or affecting your family.

Until tomorrow,

Gil Stieglitz
